They aim to establish a system that enables all meetings to be easily scheduled, joined and managed utilising the technology already available at your organisation.
Synergy Sky integration overview
Synergy Sky is a video technology partner to Quickchannel. Quickchannel's integration with Synergy Sky Join allows users to schedule, join and live stream a meeting by one simple scheduling in your calander. This gives users an easy way to book, invite and create recordings with Quickchannel via Outlook.
With Quickchannel and Synergy Sky's new integration Synergy JOIN 4.1, you book an appointment just as usual in your Outlook or Google Calendar. Add participants and a resource called "Recording", then a broadcast is booked in Quickchannel and a viewer / streaming link is automatically attached to the invitation. This works for video conferencing systems such as Cisco and Poly and also with Microsoft Teams Meetings. This solution is extremely powerful and every person in the organization will now be able to organize and book a livestream meeting that can also be recorded. The recorded file will then be able for Playback in Quickchannels video management portal.
